North Carolina-Tennessee Benton MacKaye Trail
The NC-TN BMT stretches 205.9 miles from the Georgia-Tennessee border near Double Spring Gap to Big Creek. The NC-TN BMT can be accomplished by the average hiker in 13-15 days. More experienced hikers could finish the NC-TN BMT is 13 or fewer days.
I have yet to hike a single mile on the NC-TN BMT. Once I finish the GA BMT to Thunder Rock Campground, I will start planning the NC-TN BMT and, of course, updating this website as I go along.
